Payment

Payment in full is required for your reservation, with the exception of Charlotte. Charlotte will require a deposit for your reservation, all monies due in installments upon request.

All monies non-refundable within 45 days of trip.

Unique Race Trips will not be held liable for injuries, lost, damaged or stolen goods; delays or expenses arising through an act of negligence; failure or default of any independent third party supplier, or any parked vehicle at any of the pick-up areas.

Receipt of deposit constitutes understanding and consent to the terms listed above.
